Would the ‘Fluker's Ceramic Reptile Heat Emitter (100-watt & 150-watt) work with a ball python in a tall tank using double heat light?

Depending on the height of the container, it will get some heat at the bottom of the cage, but if too tall, it won't keep the whole tank at 150.
